This is the thinnest coverage anywhere on the site, and it is the one region where the honest answer is sometimes that nothing is sold. Several countries have no travel eSIM available at all, so a local SIM on arrival or whatever satellite link your accommodation runs is the whole plan. Australia and New Zealand are the exception and behave like any developed market. In between sit the island states, where a regional pack frequently costs a third of the plan with the country own name on it.
